What the corporate portal gives you

DashboardPremium spent, claims paid, top providers, enrollee utilisation.

Onboarding your company

  • Your HMO invites you to your tenant — accept the invite to land in your portal.
  • Open Enrollees → Bulk import and upload your employee + dependants CSV. Each enrollee gets a Vetra Member ID.
  • Confirm the plan tier assigned to each enrollee. Different tiers (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold) carry different benefit limits and copays.
  • Invite your HR + Finance leads under Roles & Users.

The enrollee lifecycle

Add enrolleeMember ID issued, enrollee invited to the enrollee portal.
Add dependantLinked to the principal, inherits or gets its own plan tier.
Move to a different planEffective from the next billing month.
Suspend / terminateEligibility check returns "not covered" from the effective date.

Reading utilisation

The Utilisation module answers:

  • Which employees are heavy users (and what for)?
  • Which providers are taking the bulk of the spend?
  • What's the loss ratio for the plan period vs the premium paid?
  • Which diagnoses are trending — useful for wellness programmes.

Use Reports to export the data your CFO, broker or HR Director wants for the renewal conversation.

Roles inside your company

  • HR Admin — full access (add/remove enrollees, view everything).
  • Benefits Lead — view utilisation and reports, no edit on enrollees.
  • Finance — invoices, premium and settlement data.
  • Read-only — dashboards only.

What you cannot do

By design, corporates cannot:
  • See an individual claim's clinical detail (only aggregated utilisation).
  • Adjudicate, query or reject a claim — that's the HMO's job.
  • Reach the enrollee's personal health data — privacy by default.

Security & privacy

  • Tenant isolation — your data is scoped to your company.
  • TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest.
  • All sensitive actions are audit-logged and exportable.
  • The corporate portal is read-mostly by design — clinical data stays separate from HR.
