# Vetra for Corporates

> **Vetra** gives the company that pays the premium a live view of how the plan is being used: enrollees, plan tiers, utilisation, costs, and the data needed to negotiate renewal with confidence.

## 1. What the corporate portal gives you

| Module | Purpose |

| **Enrollees** | Employees + dependants, plan tier per person, status. |
| **Plans** | The plan tiers your HMO has assigned to you and what each covers. |
| **Utilisation** | Who is using the plan, where, and how much. |
| **Authorizations & Claims (read)** | View PA + claim activity across your population. |
| **Reports** | Loss ratio, utilisation, top providers, top diagnoses, paid vs reserved. |
| **Roles & Users** | Invite HR, Finance and benefits leads with scoped access. |
| **Settings** | Company profile, billing, primary HR contact. |

## 2. Onboarding your company

1. Your HMO invites you to your tenant — accept the invite to land in your portal.
2. Open **Enrollees → Bulk import** and upload your employee + dependants CSV (a template is provided). Each enrollee gets a Vetra Member ID.
3. Confirm the **plan tier** assigned to each enrollee. Different tiers (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold) carry different benefit limits and copays — your HMO agreed these with you up front.
4. Invite your HR + Finance leads under **Roles & Users**.

## 3. The enrollee lifecycle

| Action | What happens |
| --- | --- |
| **Add enrollee** | Member ID issued, enrollee invited to the enrollee portal. |
| **Add dependant** | Linked to the principal, inherits or gets its own plan tier. |
| **Move to a different plan** | Effective from the next billing month. |
| **Suspend / terminate** | Eligibility check returns "not covered" from the effective date. |

## 4. Reading utilisation

The **Utilisation** module answers:
- Which employees are heavy users (and what for)?
- Which providers are taking the bulk of the spend?
- What's the loss ratio for the plan period vs the premium paid?
- Which diagnoses are trending — useful for wellness programmes.

Use **Reports** to export the data your CFO, broker or HR Director wants for the renewal conversation.

## 5. Notifications

A real-time bell tells you when:
- A new enrollee or dependant is activated.
- A high-cost claim is approved.
- Suspicious activity is flagged on your population.
- A plan or premium change is proposed by the HMO.

## 6. Roles inside your company

- **HR Admin** — full access (add/remove enrollees, view everything).
- **Benefits Lead** — view utilisation and reports, no edit on enrollees.
- **Finance** — invoices, premium and settlement data.
- **Read-only** — dashboards only.

## 7. What you cannot do

By design, corporates **cannot**:
- See an individual claim's clinical detail (only aggregated utilisation).
- Adjudicate, query or reject a claim — that's the HMO's job.
- Reach the enrollee's personal health data — privacy by default.

## 8. Security & privacy

- Tenant isolation — your data is scoped to your company.
- TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest.
- All sensitive actions are audit-logged and exportable.
- The corporate portal is read-mostly by design, to keep clinical data separate from HR.

## 9. Day-in-the-life — HR Benefits Lead
