Coverage is a live spend ticker
The Coverage screen sums only APPROVED claim items against your plan's benefit limits. That makes it an actual, trustworthy number — not an estimate based on what you submitted.

Ghost-patient alerts
If you didn't visit a hospital — tap “Not me”
When an EMERGENCY pre-auth is filed against your card, the portal pings you immediately. If the visit isn't yours, tap "Not me" — your HMO is notified and the claim is investigated.
Privacy first
- Only you, your HMO and the provider treating you can see your clinical detail.
- Your employer sees aggregated utilisation only — never what you were treated for.
- Everything is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
- You can export your full data from Settings → Data.
